Deepak Chopra 21-Days Abundance Challenge
(Meditations & Tasks)
I recently finished Deepak Chopra’s 21-day meditation challenge with a group of people in a Whatsapp group. During 21 consistent days we were committed to practice a daily meditation and task by Deepak Chopra. The idea behind his abundance challenge is that we have the power to attract and bring into reality anything we desire.
When you hear this it might first sound magical and, maybe even a little, passive. In truth, what this challenge does is, that it raises your awareness to the Source of all beings. It makes you more aware of the Source that brings all living things into existence. And becoming more aware and connected to that Source can create a lot of shifts in your life. Sometimes, though, those shifts are more “indirect” than “direct”. What I mean by that is that you might not win the lottery or find the love of your life during this challenge (although I know people who did!)- but if you are open to it you will guaranteed notice some shifts in your every day life and awareness. It opens your heart and mind and leaves you more aware and open to receiving and creating from that place.
On this page I will be sharing the 21 tasks and meditations with you so you can experience it for yourself! Create a group with your loved ones (or the people that have come to your mind when reading this)-And start doing the challenge together! You can copy-paste the tasks and meditations from this page to your group daily. You can certainly also do the challenge individually, but I highly recommend doing it in a group; it holds you accountable and overall has a more powerful impact (on yourself and the collective). Most importantly, keep it fun! And if you feel called to do it, I highly recommend you do it because you will most definitely get amazing things out of it.
My personal experience has been, like I mentioned before, a very heart-filling and expanding experience. It has made me feel more connected to myself and everything + everyone around me. I have felt my heart and consciousness expanding. I have felt richer (not necessarily materialistically) and more connected to my heart center since the beginning of the challenge.
Here are the 21 tasks and meditations; Please share your experience with me if you feel called to; I’d love to hear how it went for you! Enjoy✨ 🦋

Day 0 is about preparing and committing to this challenge.
Commit: To a daily meditation of around 15 minutes and a task that can vary from 15 minutes to an hour. If you are unwilling to commit to this for a shift in mindset and awareness, this challenge isn’t for you.
Prepare: Ideally, buy a new clean notebook for the tasks and put aside a moment during your day in which you’ll do the meditation and task. You’ll find the meditations and tasks on this page daily.
Share: the experience with people who need it and/or matter to you. Create a group in which you can share the tasks and meditations daily. Again, the experience is more powerful when you share it with others. But it’s as meaningful if you decide to do it on your own.
ENJOY! : Don’t be hard on yourself. Yes, you have to be serious about your commitment to the challenge but don’t make it something stressful; try to keep it as “light” and enjoyable to you. As always, do it in a way that works for YOU.
Let’s go! 🤍🤍🤍

Success and money accompany me, here and now. I ask my parents, grandparents, and ancestors to the very origins of the clan, who had difficulties due to lack of money, to bless me and give me permission to live differently. Read the passage below, mindfully. Then, write your thoughts and feelings on it in your notebook. Today, also share these thoughts in the Whatsapp group if you feel called to/are doing this in a group.
Parable: “This too shall pass.”
There was a king and he once said to his court sages - I have a ring with one of the finest diamonds in the world and I want to hide a message under the stone which can be useful in times of despair. I will give this ring to my heirs and I want it to serve them faithfully. Come up with a message to be inscribed under the diamond. It must be short to fit on the ring.
The sages knew how to write treatises but could not express themselves in one short sentence. They tried hard but couldn’t come up with anything.
The king complained about the failure of his venture to a faithful old servant who raised him from infancy and was part of the family. And the old man said to him:
“I’m not a sage, I’m not educated, but I know of such a message. During my many years spent in the palace I met a lot of people. Once, I served a visiting mystic whom your father invited and he passed me this message. Just don’t read it, put it under the stone inside the ring and read it only when there’s no way out at all."
The king listened to the old servant.
After some time, the enemies attacked the country and the king lost the war. He fled on his horse and enemies pursued him. He was alone, they were many. He drove to the end of the road. There was a big cliff before him, if he fell there - that would be the end. He could not go back, as the enemies were approaching. He already heard the clatter of their horses' hooves. He had no way out. He was in complete despair.
Then he remembered the ring. He opened it and under the stone found an inscription of three words: “This too shall pass.”
After reading the message he felt that everything went quiet. Apparently, the pursuers got lost and proceeded in the wrong direction. Horses were no longer heard.
The king was filled with gratitude to the servant and the unknown mystic. Words were powerful. He closed the ring and hit the road. Again, he gathered his army and conquered back his state.
On the day when he returned to the palace, they arranged a lavish welcoming for him - a feast for the whole country. People loved their king. The king was happy and proud.
The old servant came up to him and softly said: “Even this moment will pass. Look at the message again.”
"Now I am the winner. People are celebrating my return, I'm not in despair."
“Listen to the old servant,” he answered, “it works not only in bad times but also in good.”
The king opened the ring and read: “This too shall pass."
Again, he felt silence falling over him. Although he was in the midst of a noisy dancing crowd. Feelings of pride and entitlement disappeared. He understood the message. He was a wise man.
And then the old servant said: “Do you remember everything that happened to you? Nothing is permanent. No feeling stays. As night changes day, moments of joy and despair replace one another. Accept them as the nature of things, as part of life.” But also look at the events in your life (both the good and the not so good, all are relevant) while considering the words of the parable: “This too shall pass.”

Day 20 Affirmation:
“Today I treat myself to moments of luxury.”

Today we are looking at the concept of luxury; adding to your life something that is much more significant than just a necessity. When you feel that you are worthy to receive all the blessings that the Universe can offer you, your needs are satisfied and even more than necessary. As soon as you learn to accept the grace that has been sent to you, you are showing the universe that you deserve only the best and are ready to receive it.
Answer the following questions:
How is luxury manifested in your life?
What luxurious gifts do you present yourself?
How do you bring luxury to others?
